Why Wylder?

I promise honest product reviews, served up with a healthy dose of commentary and a side of dry humor. Some musings on life in general, being a mom, entering into middle life (!) and why i love (+ sometimes hate) running. Product-centric but not product-y. I want to run in things I can wear in real life too without looking like I’m about to go run hill repeats.

I’m no expert, but I have high standards and am always in search of items that perform but also look good. So my commitment to you is to offer up reviews of the items that make the cut, and also those that don’t. Because maybe they’ll work for you even if they didn’t work for me?

Long term i have a goal of opening a brick and mortar store - one where you can come and shop and buy all the things that make it past my ‘impeccably high list of standards’ (in quotes bc I really don’t have any). So this is also me sorting through the endless abyss of run-centric products until I’m able to make my humble dream a not-so-humble reality.
