i liked them both to be honest. overall i find guava to be a little smoother of a ride - which is great for bumpy city streets and sidewalks. it also folds up to be super compact - we have a small car (VW rabbit) and the guava fits in the trunk so we just keep it there all the time (the thule was too big so i had to put it in the backseat when i wanted to go out for a run). the moveable front wheel locks for runs and unlocks when i want to use it as a regular stroller (also great). the thule has this option as well but because itās a bit longer i found it harder to use as an everyday option.
one thing i did like about the thule is that it sits lower to the ground (which is why itās also just a little bit longer). i found the guava to be slightly top heavy at first. after that initial run though i got used to how i had to position my body/hands to compensate.
my son also prefers the guava as he can sit up straight. the thule was always at a slight recline and as he got older he just didnāt like it as much.
very helpful! we have the thule. i really like it. but we also are space constrained (nyc apt). and i hate folding it up / my wife hates knowing how much space it occupies because we also have an uppababy.
might be worth checking out the guava just for the space saving aspect alone. i think they have a 90 day trial too in case you donāt like it as much.
Loved the camel-part - will talk about in therapy! š I always wonder how single parents survive, when Iām in that situations.
Pretty funny, especially the 4:45 a.m. "alarm clock."
I bet the kid gets up so early from his genetic pool..........
What's the main reason why you prefer the Guava to the Thule?
